Honeydew Cucumber Summer Salad

For summer BBQs, this is a great side dish. I have rave reviews each time I serve it. This is a recipe where you can substitute ingredients to what you have in your kitchen - have fun!

Mix honeydew melon, cucumber, red onion, almonds, and feta cheese together in a bowl.

Step: 2

Beat cream, olive oil, and poppy seeds in a bowl using an electric mixer until thickened. Stir dressing into salad; refrigerate until flavors blend, 2 hours to overnight.
