Simple Kale Salad

This recipe was from a cleanse diet I saw and is actually meant to be put in a blender and drank. When I saw the ingredients I thought why not just eat it and it’s now become one of my favorite salads when I have ripe avocados on hand.

Step: 1

Mash avocado into coconut oil in a bowl; add lime juice, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder and mix well.

Step: 2

Place cucumber and kale in a bowl; add dressing and toss to coat. Season salad with salt.

Product salad is one of the nicest salads to make . It is more in fibre and water produce . As fruits contain natural sweetness , you can have them for breakfast . The sugar in it will give you enough energy for the day and deal with your sweet cravings too.

Salads is sometimes get a bad rap for being unpleasant (if they’re lean and mean) or unhealthy (if they’re not lean and mean). The substantial middle ground is not being talked more , but it’s exactly where you’ll find the salads that may get weight loss.
